Discover Burgundy the way epicureans dream of it: through its cellars, kitchens, markets, and golden-laced vineyards

This September, join us on a sensorial deep dive into one of France’s most storied gastronomic regions - a journey shaped by authenticity, intimacy, and unrivaled craft.

The adventure begins amid the mosaic of award-winning family-run vineyards that define Burgundy’s legendary terroir. Here, you’ll taste wines in boutique domaines where growers work the land themselves and pour vintages you won’t find beyond the village, and certainly not in Maine! Expect conversations with winemakers, quiet cellar moments, and glasses that reveal why Burgundy wines inspire such devotion.

Wine & Cheese Tasting

A highlight of the trip is The Burgundy Cheese Experience, a curated wine-and-fromage immersion led by an award-winning expert whose mastery turns tasting into storytelling. You’ll explore the region’s iconic cheeses and learn how to pair them with precision.

Markets add another layer of discovery. Stroll through bustling stalls filled with late-summer produce, heirloom vegetables, cured meats, and the unmistakable aroma of fresh bread. These ingredients become your palette when you step into the kitchen of Chef Laure, an acclaimed local chef. In a hands-on cooking session, together we'll craft traditional Burgundian dishes using techniques honed by a culinary professional celebrated across the region.

You’ll also get a chance to make one of Burgundy’s most famous condiments: mustard. Guided by artisans, you’ll grind seeds, blend flavors, and bottle a creation that’s entirely your own.

And we'll take a private, guided tour of Dijon, the heart of Burgundy and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Between tastings and cooking, the landscape invites active exploration. We'll bike and walk through gently rolling vineyards that offer breathtaking panoramas and an intimate sense of place - every turn revealing yet another hillside dotted with stone villages and grape-laden vines.

This trip isn’t simply travel—it’s a curated immersion into the soul of French gastronomy, crafted for those who savor culture through what they taste, create, and share. Join us!
